I am working through my stockpile over the next couple of weeks. So here's what our menu plan looks like this week:
Monday- Fried Catfish Fillets, Hushpuppies, Baked Potato
Tuesday- Veggie Fajitas
Wednesday- Buffalo Chicken Pizza (simple recipe, I'll share soon!), Salad
Thursday- Family Movie Night (Toy Story 3)
Friday- Chicken Spaghetti (double batch, freeze half for later), Crescent Rolls
Saturday- Leftover Chicken Spaghetti
Sunday- Mini Meatloaves (Ground Turkey), Squash Casserole, Green Beans
For Breakfast I will let the kids pick and choose every morning between the following:
- Blueberry Pancakes
- Cereal with fresh fruit
- Sausage and Egg Burritos
- Oatmeal
- Strawberry Waffles
Snacks:
- Fresh Fruit and String Cheese
- Yogurt with granola
- Popcorn
- Granola Bars
- Smoothies
- Pita Chips with Hummus
